Diploma Roll-Ups, a delectable dish with a rich history, originated in Italy. This cheesy delight is a favorite in the Emilia-Romagna region, where skilled chefs meticulously craft it. The dish features thin slices of prosciutto, creamy ricotta, and a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano, all rolled up in lasagna noodles. The roll-ups are then baked to golden perfection, allowing the flavors to meld into a savory symphony. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in authentic Italian trattorias, where the quality of the ingredients is paramount. The key to perfecting this dish lies in the balance of flavors and the quality of the cheeses. Buon appetito!
