Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each croissant triangle.
  • Place a few fresh berries on top of the Nutella.
  • Roll up each croissant, starting from the wide end.
  • Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops of the croissants with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
