Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. Place the coated tenders on a plate.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce and melted butter to make the buffalo sauce.
  • Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken tenders in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
