Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat 2 eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to make the honey mustard dipping sauce.
