Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
