  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
