Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
