  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Allow the broth to reduce by half, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
