Ingredients
- 8 oz of fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cups of fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add 4 cups of fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
