Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Add 4 cups of fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
