  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
