  • While the grits are cooking, cook 4 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, cook 4 pork sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In a separate non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat. Crack 4 large eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, either sunny-side up or over easy.
  • Once the grits are done cooking, divide them between two plates. Top each plate of grits with 2 cooked eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 sausage patties.
