Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
