Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
