  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and dried thyme.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
