Ingredients
- 4 Costco chicken burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the Costco chicken burgers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the burgers are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Slice the avocados and tomato, and set aside.
- Once the burgers are almost done, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then adding a chicken patty with melted cheese, 2 slices of bacon, avocado slices, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on the top half of the buns, then place them on top of the assembled burgers.
