Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.

  • Add the sliced red and green bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
  • Stir in the pineapple chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
