Ingredients
- 4 cups of corn kernels
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cups of milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together 4 cups of corn kernels, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and then stir in 1/2 cup of melted butter and 2 cups of milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
