Ingredients
- 1 package of refrigerated croissant dough
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the croissant triangles.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) over the triangles.
- Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious cookie croissants!
