Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
