Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1/4 cup of shredded coconut and 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend again until the shredded coconut is finely mixed and the ice cubes are crushed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Pour the coconut lassi into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing coconut lassi!
