Clam juice has a rich history dating back to ancient times when it was used as a base for soups and stews. This savory liquid is made by extracting the natural juices from clams, resulting in a briny and flavorful elixir. In coastal regions like New England, clam juice is a staple ingredient in traditional seafood dishes, adding depth and complexity to chowders and sauces. Renowned chefs and seafood restaurants often source the freshest clams to create their own signature clam juice, ensuring the highest quality and authentic flavor. Today, the best clam juice can be found in seafood markets or specialty stores, and it's essential for achieving the true taste of coastal cuisine.
