  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a shallow dish, combine 1 1/2 cups of strong brewed coffee and 3 tablespoons of orange liqueur.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy, and arrange them in the bottom of a 9x9 inch serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, creating an even layer.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
