Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, minced chipotle peppers, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
