Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, white wine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken and cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
