Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, combine 2 beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cooked chicken nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
