  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken gizzards with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken gizzards and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked chicken gizzards to the wok and add the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine and heat through.
