Instructions

  • Spread the seasoned chicken skin pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken skin is crispy and golden brown.
  • In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup of honey and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbling and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the crispy chicken cracklings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey glaze over the cracklings and toss to coat evenly.
