Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken skin, fat attached
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken skin under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the chicken skin into small pieces, about 1-inch squares, and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of onion powder.
