Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 4 slices of Italian bread
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and softened butter. Spread the garlic butter onto the slices of Italian bread and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Divide the dressed lettuce onto 4 plates.
- Top each plate of lettuce with the grilled chicken strips and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
