  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and softened butter. Spread the garlic butter onto the slices of Italian bread and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Divide the dressed lettuce onto 4 plates.
  • Top each plate of lettuce with the grilled chicken strips and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
