  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Season each chicken breast with the spice mixture, then wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the wrapped chicken breasts on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove the toothpicks from the chicken and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each breast. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla on a clean surface and top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Place a cheesy bacon-wrapped chicken breast on top and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
