Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Spread a thin layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread a layer of the chicken and cheese mixture on top.
  • Repeat the layers of noodles and chicken mixture, ending with a layer of noodles on top.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top layer of noodles and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
