Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cups of chopped spinach, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining 2 cups of marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Allow the stuffed shells to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
