Ingredients
- 4 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Add the steamed broccoli to the cheese mixture and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
