Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Form the seasoned beef into 12 small patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt slightly.
  • Place the patties on the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish.
  • Top each patty with a sprinkle of crumbled bacon.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Spread the sauce on the inside of the top halves of the slider buns.
  • Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the bacon-topped patties.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are heated through.
  • Remove from the oven and top each slider with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced pickles.
  • Serve and enjoy!
