Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in 2 cups of elbow macaroni, 2 cups of beef broth, 1 cup of milk, and the can of diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
