Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef and 1 chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 cup of ketchup, and 1/4 cup of yellow mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, and 1 1/2 cups of biscuit baking mix. Pour this mixture over the beef and cheese in the baking dish.
