Ingredients
- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Using a small spoon, stuff each mini pepper with the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the stuffed peppers with paprika for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
