- 1 tsp activated charcoal powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until it begins to steam, but not boil.
- Add 1 tsp of activated charcoal powder to the milk and whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of honey or sweetener of choice, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Continue to heat the mixture for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the charcoal latte is hot and well combined.
- Pour the charcoal latte into a mug and serve immediately.
