Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, grated
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape into a 10-inch round crust. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the crust. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and add your choice of pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
