Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together 1 pound of ground beef, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  • Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
