Ingredients
- 4 slices of ciabatta bread
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the ciabatta slices on a clean surface.
- Layer the mozzarella slices on two of the bread slices.
- Top the mozzarella with the tomato slices and basil leaves.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the tomato and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the remaining bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
