Ingredients
- 12 oz of penne pasta
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz of fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chopped basil, and minced garlic.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the bowl and toss to combine.
