Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 ounces Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
