Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup of croutons
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
