Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the cod fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cod fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
