Instructions

  • Stir in 1 can of black beans, 1 cup of frozen corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, and 1 packet of taco seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Press the crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
  • Spread the beef and vegetable mixture over the crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the beef mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
