- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 pound cooked and shredded chicken

- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the reserved mushroom stems finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
