Ingredients
- 1 lb of frozen french fries
- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup of blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, heat the buffalo sauce over low heat until warmed through.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked and shredded chicken with the warmed buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the fries from the oven and top with the buffalo chicken, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle with green onions, crumbled blue cheese, and fresh cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
