- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of extra blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
- While the fries are baking, season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the hot sauce over low heat. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the hot sauce over the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove the fries from the oven and transfer them to a large serving platter. Arrange the buffalo chicken strips on top of the fries.
