Ingredients
- 1 lb of frozen french fries
- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup of ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- While the fries are baking, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken strips until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Add the buffalo sauce to the skillet and toss the chicken until evenly coated. Remove from heat.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Arrange the buffalo chicken on top of the fries.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch seasoning with the shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and cheese mixture over the buffalo chicken and fries.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with a side of sour cream, if desired.
