Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the package of frozen French fries. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
  • While the fries are baking, season the diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and the chicken is fully coated.
  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter or individual plates. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries, allowing it to melt slightly.
  • Top the cheesy fries with the buffalo chicken, then drizzle with ranch dressing. If desired, sprinkle with chopped green onions and crumbled blue cheese for extra flavor.
