- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the package of frozen French fries. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
- While the fries are baking, season the diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
